OzTream provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming services, delivering live TV channels and video-on-demand content via internet connection. Our service requires a compatible device, the IBO Player application, and a stable internet connection. Service availability and channel lineups may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Usage

When purchasing a subscription, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each subscription is licensed for use on one device at a time. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your subscription credentials without authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscription and Payment

All subscription plans are prepaid. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually purchase a new subscription when your current plan expires. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, OzTream does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any interruptions caused by internet service provider issues, device malfunctions, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the OzTream website are owned by or licensed to OzTream. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any materials on our website without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

OzTream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the current subscription period.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
