Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that our support team cannot resolve within 24 hours of your subscription activation
- Service not delivered: If your subscription credentials are not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment
- Duplicate payment: If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Describe the issue you are experiencing in detail
- Allow our team up to 24 hours to attempt to resolve the issue
- If the issue cannot be resolved, your refund request will be processed
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after subscription activation and successful service delivery
- Issues caused by your internet service provider or network problems
- Device incompatibility that was not verified before purchase
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made more than 7 days after the subscription start date
- Partial subscription usage (no pro-rata refunds)
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
