DMCA Compliance Statement

OzTream respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our DMCA agent with the following information in writing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
  3. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our service
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

OzTream will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our sole discretion.

Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be subject to liability. Please ensure your notice is accurate before submitting.
